Last updated 2 November 2026. Outladder is run by KubeGraf. Questions: legal@kubegraf.io.

This notice covers two groups of people: people who use Outladder (our customers and their teams), and people our customers contact using Outladder. For the first group we are the controller. For the second group our customer is the controller and we process data for them.

  1. 1. If you use the service

We collect your name, work email, sign-in records, the workspaces you belong to and what you do in them (kept in an audit log). If you pay, Stripe handles your card details. We never see the full card number.

We use this data to run the service, keep it secure, bill you and support you. The lawful basis is our contract with your company and our legitimate interest in running a secure service.

  2. 2. If a customer contacted you

A company using Outladder may have found your business contact details through a data provider they use, a list they hold or their own website forms. Every email they send says where your details came from and has a working unsubscribe link.

To object or unsubscribe, use the link in the email. That adds you to the sender’s suppression list, which is checked before every send. You can also write to us at legal@kubegraf.io and we will pass your request to the company and help them act on it.

We never store people from community sites such as GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, Slack or Discord as contacts, and we never share one customer’s contacts with another.

  3. 3. Where data is kept

Data is stored in the EU (AWS, Stockholm region). Each workspace is separated in the database, and connection secrets are encrypted with a key per workspace. See the subprocessors we use.

  4. 4. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion. Suppression entries are kept for as long as the workspace exists, so that an objection is always respected. Audit logs are kept for as long as the workspace exists.

  5. 5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local authority. Write to legal@kubegraf.io.

  6. 6. Cookies

We only use cookies needed to sign you in. See the cookie policy.
